I had clogged drains, and I thought they were going to be the death of me. They came in, did everything they could and get them unclogged. I had a leaky faucet at my place in Naperville and was worried about the cost. I called Rocket Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, and the plumber came out right away and fixed it for me. He was so helpful, even made sure to put everything back together in a way that was easy for me to maybe better self-manage it again if there were any problems in future. After being without hot water for a few days and going through a bad experience with a competitive plumbing company, I was referred to Rocket Plumbing. The entire team was friendly, professional and acted with urgency to replace my water heater the same day. A big thanks to Luis and Joel for working overtime and being patient as I asked questions. My experience with Rocket Plumbing was great. My faucet was leaking and this faucet Brian the owner recommended is perfect for my sink. I especially like the sprayer and soap dispenser.

Louis and his partner were on time and communicated arrival time when they were 20 minutes away. They were neat, wore shoe covers and left my kitchen as neat as they found it. Very polite and respectful men.

I would definitely use them again and recommend Rocket Plumbing to anyone in need.

Both the Rocket dispatcher and plumber were respectful and courteous. While I did not have an emergency, they were able to make a prompt appointment for the diagnosis and repair. Has it already had a competitive quote I could tell that they gave me an equal or better price. They were also able to suggest some preventive maintenance adding 30% of the bill rather than waiting for additional failures and costing me 300% more. It was a good experience all around. They came to be recommended by a neighbor and I heartily recommend them as well.
