  I called Rocket Plumbing to help me with a clogged drain, and they were fast and efficient. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the technician (Louis) arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful, explaining what he was doing and why. The problem was resolved quickly, which was great because I had a lot going on that day! I would definitely recommend Rocket Plumbing for your plumbing needs in the Norridge area.

  This is one of the most professional, genuine, reliable, and prompt businesses I've interacted with.
  I called this morning on my way to work not really sure if I had a bathroom sink issue(the pressure was very low and working sporadically) or an underground leak. I was able to get an appointment the SAME DAY.
  
  My plumber, Mike, called me to let me know he was on his way and also to get a more detailed synopsis of the situation. He was so professional and courteous. He let me know he'd call me after he checked everything out.
  
  As promised, he called to let me know what was going on and actually FIXED the problem with a minor adjustment free of charge. He let me know how he knew there wasn't an underground water leak and notified me of the slower draining pipe now that the faucet was fixed. He didn't pressure me to do anything but recommended rodding out the pipe so it wouldn't be an issue. He let me know of coupons that were available and left the house in as good of a condition as he came in. I will 1,000,000% be using this company for all of my plumbing issues in the future and recommended them to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance.

  I've been a customer of Rocket's for years, and they're the only plumbing company in the Niles area I'll use. They've always been able to come out quickly, and they're always polite, professional and friendly. I had a clogged drain recently, and the technician Louis came out to help me. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he got the job done quickly. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent future clogs!

  Nick and Nick did an outstanding job of helping us determine the best approach to handling the necessary repairs in our condo. We decided to replace the bathroom faucets (instead of replace valves) and we were very happy with the many discounts that were offered if we wanted to "do it right". An exception was made for service in the south Loop because of the recommendation by Noel at 5plumbingchicago and I am beyond grateful given the results.
