Tom arrived just ahead of the 1-4 pm window for the appointment. I had called around 9 am to get someone out to fix my failed attempt a replacing the flushing mechanism in my toilet. I also had two leaky Moen in-wall faucets in that same bathroom. Tom came fully equipped with all the knowledge, tools, and parts to do the job. He worked hard the whole time, roughly two hours, and made sure everything was in working order before he left. It was really a good experience, especially the same-day service and the quality of the work Tom did. I will definitely use Freeman again.

Hire this company. The plumber was honest, prompt, and extremely professional. Not only did he snake the drain so the kitchen sink could drain again, he provided sound advice on our water heater and bathroom faucet. This is now my go-to plumbing company

Called JW to come out to a newly purchased house to fix some things. They were able to schedule for next day and were on time. Mike did a great job diagnosing the issue and offered a great solution. He was very professional and did great work. Highly recommend!

After getting multiple quotes for a whole house repipe, JW Freeman was not only the best price, but also the most professional. Last week Brent, Joel and Micah came out and did the complete repipe. They were kind (I had a million kids over for a couple hours and my very excited pup) and timely. They were incredibly conscientious of keeping my water running as much as possible throughout the entire process, which I certainly appreciated since it took 4 days. There were minimal holes in the drywall which I can easily patch up since they took great care to label each one and only one hole is even in a conspicuous spot, the rest are in closets! Fingers crossed I won’t be needing a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!
