This hospital is located right near Massachusetts General Hospital so it works great for people who need to be within walking distance of the hospital. It is super affordable for one night.

The place is nice. The staff that I personally interacted with - phenominal - especially Kip.

The owners of the company are money grubbing scumbags.

My husband is in Mass General with a traumatic brain injury and instead of being by his bedside I'm scrambling to remove my things from their hotel room because Santa is coming to town and I can't afford the $300 a night charge. The medical charge is usually $129.00, a bit steep for me but with help it was doable. Now I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to be with him when he needs me most and where I'm going to get some rest for myself all because the owners are going to starve to death if they don't get that extra $170.

    * The above is my post, "Tracy" has plagiarized my post to try to hide the fact that he/she is advertising something.

Great view of the hospital and part of downtown! Great location with some great food within walking distance. My main issues are almost nitpicky. The outlets in the lamp are lame and don't always work. The vending machine on my floor didn't work during my stay. My cards stopped working a few times so I needed to back down to the office to get it resolved.

Fantastic and relaxed lobby and bar area to get work completed late at night. Friendly staff and convenient location!

We stayed overnight for a concert at TD garden. The concert was easy to get to, we only had to walk. The hotel itself was nice, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. The bathroom in particular was a little rundown in the room we stayed in. There was black mold on the ceiling and there was no exhaust fan to remove moisture while taking a shower. The bed was nice and comfy, and the room part wasn't bad. I would stay here again only if the rate was slightly cheaper.

Location is amazing but the amenities are poor. The majority of plugs/sockets do not work for multiple rooms. The one that actually works, some special placing is needed for it to connect properly.

This places stinks literally and figuratively. Smells like a wet gym sock sprayed with air fresher. Am home and unpacking and my clothes still stink from being there. Got to wash them all. . Needs a carpet replace real bad. Great location. Staff is very nice.

The location is great, close to downtown and historical sites. Good access to public transit. Our room was a bit small compared to other Wyndham properties. No fridge. The room was clean, no complaints, but it really could have used a deep clean, some dust on the top of mirrors and light fixtures. The staff was nice, offered maps and information. Didn't visit the pool. It was a bit pricey based on the amenities provided and expected from other properties we had stayed at.

Got the two bed room on the third floor. Not too much of a view, but the beds were very comfortable. Had a bathroom, desk, chair, and TV with cable. WiFi was fast enough to stream videos. Check in and check out process was very easy. Hotel is near a CVS and whole foods. There was also a liquor store right around the block.

Overall, my stay was okay. The location was great. Easy access to Whole Foods, MGH, several eateries. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The blackout curtains were great for sleeping. However, I had maybe 20 seconds of warm water in the shower and the ice machine on my floor didn't work.

Convenient to Mass general hospital. 1 block away. Very accommodating to the needs of patient. Stayed numerous times due to medical reasons. Only issue we have had in the 10 plus years of going is the Hotel is beginning to show its age.

So, first off, I know that hotels can overbook, but I had a confirmation of a king bed room for a three night stay. I get to the room and it's two queens No warning when I checked in. I go back downstairs and they tell me that they can move me in night two of three to a king room but they are sold out today. No offer of compensation, but what an I gonna do? Then I actually go into the room and it's pretty small, like New York City small. For the amount of money that I spent for this room, I expect a little better I get better for less at DoubleTree but they were sold out this week.

I understand that things happen, but I'm going to be spending nearly a grand for three nights The staff was apologetic but not really able to do anything to solve the situation.

Terrible. First off I booked using my triple A discount . I got to the hotel and realized I didn't have my card on me (even though I had my ID& membership number) So they charged me an extra 20$ . Whatever, Than they tell me they have to take 75$ out of my account but I'll get it back after I check out. Well the night before I called the hotel and asked someone about the 75$ that there website says they charge and the lady on the phone told me that's only if I was paying cash. I wasn't paying cash I paid with my card. Clearly they need to educate their staff. Oh & I've checked out and the 75$ is not back in my account I just called the hotel and they said it could up to 3 days . ALSO 15 minutes after checking in I went to go get in the shower and someone comes in the hotel room and says " oh my goodness sorry" clearly someone else had a room key and even if it was housekeeping they should know to not just go in someone's room .

They need communication between the staff here.

I won't stay here again. Club quarters will be where we stay from now on in the city. Cheaper. Nicer & no scams.
