Everything was clean and the front desk service was excellent. I was very impressed with the variety of options for breakfast. They had veggie options, a waffle station and scrambled eggs.

Definitely a great hotel , been here 3 times already and the customer service is very outstanding .. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and the area it's in is very nice and quiet.

What a great hotel! For almost the same price as a run down two star dated property, we stayed at this AWESOME Mariott property. The rooms were beautiful, the configuration of the king bed, pull out, and the L shaped sofa gave everyone in our family of 5 a place to sleep comfortably, even in the "basic" level room. The full breakfast the next morning was excellent. There were savory and sweet choices, and a veggie tofu scramble that was delicious. I highly recommend this property.

Modern rooms and lobby. Newer or renovated more recently than the average Residence Inn. Great place to stay if you're in Canton for Trillium!

My family of 5 (2 adults / 3 kids [ages 12, 15, 17]) stayed at the Residence Inn Norwood for two nights while college visiting. We had plenty of room and we were very comfortable during our stay. What made this a 5 star review was the exceptional service we received from Chaz. He went out of his way to take care of us. We greatly appreciate his above an beyond customer service. Thanks Chaz!!!
