Do not stay here - worst HIE ever! The rooms are cramped and the desk chairs will result in back injury if you're on your computer for more than a few minutes. I'm IHG Spire Elite, and they gave me a room with a crappy view of a trashy alley. Also, there's nowhere to park and valet parking is $40!! Avoid this property..!

The room was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed, however certain other aspects of the property could have used a bit of an update. The staff were all attentive, polite, and prompt and I would recommend this hotel to those interested in a reasonably-priced stay in downtown Boston.

On an odd street, but staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is an odd maze of hallways, but it's a very nice place.

We have stayed in many holiday inn express hotels all over the world. They are usually very clean and very nice. This one is the oldest, dirtiest one we have ever seen. The halls smell, the rooms have old refinished furniture and the entire place is dirty and yells "refurbish me!" The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the headboard was old and worn. We felt safe and slept well. We won't stay here again.

I called to make a reservation day of and they were able to accommodate me. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional. My room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I was in town for an event at TD Garden, and this hotel was literally across the street from it. Overall, I liked this location for it's walkability and low cost compared to other options in the area. I could hear some sounds from the street at night, but it didn't prevent me from falling asleep at all.

The location of this hotel is interesting. It's reasonable location to site makes it okay but it sits down an alley that doesn't look nice. Rooms were clean and reasonable in terms of renovation and size. The breakfast area seems way too small for the number of rooms but they seem boxed in by other properties that may be driving the size of the breakfast area. Parking rates are typical.

It's close to North Station, there are several pubs nearby, a packie and deli close and it's 10 minutes by taxi to/from the airport. The breakfast is better than continental with powdered eggs, bacon and sausages. The "free" wifi is spotty at best (though that seems like a Boston problem) and not every room has a refrigerator. For what they charge it's not offering enough but it is clean, temperate, convenient and the staff is very helpful and professional.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating both times. It's a very oddly set up hotel, I believe it used to be a warehouse, but you can't beat the location. The street itself is a bit sketchy, but it's surrounded by great restaurants, a stone's throw away from the Garden, and a short nice stroll to tons of historic sights.

Located a block from the TD Garden, which is exactly why you'll stay here. The rooms are alright for a Holiday Inn Express. The building is old and not origin lly suited to the task so some rooms, like the one I stayed in, are oddly shaped and do not provide the most comfortable experience. However, everything else is within expectations for the chain, and the location is amazing.

Fantastic location to stay at fit sporting events at TD garden. Right off the bridge into town. In the heart of the night life district. Beautiful room with a view of the main street and rink. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was best I've had for continental included in room cost: omelettes bacon sausage bagels pancakes and strong coffee

This is a small hotel with a small hotel feel. Despite that, they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite which was huge. Very clean, and well maintained, but you can tell it has been there a while. The fitness center is a little small and cramped, but adequate. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood is great with a bunch of restaurants around that weren't busy since it wasn't a game night, but there were a number of panhandlers on the walk around. Valet parking is a necessity and included in your parking charge, otherwise there is no nearby parking. You'll want to call down and give them plenty of notice when you want your car back.
