I am super excited that I had the chance to meet Erik Garcia. My new husband purchased a vehicle from him a few years back and highly recommended i come to him. I am so pleased with the service and friendliness I received and I will definitely recommend Erik to all my family and friends. Erik is great at his job and i am very pleased with my experience of buying my car here at Hyundai. If i am ever in need of a new car i know where i will go and who i will ask for that is for sure.

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this has by far been the best experience. From the contact prior to coming into the dealership to the end resulta new Tuscon!! Erik has been a great help and is very upfront and honest throughout the process. I appreciate his concern and honesty and working with my unique situation. I would definitely recommend others looking for a great deal and caring staff to come visit World Hyundai and see Erik Garcia . And to top it off, the dealership provided a holiday meal of pizza as a thank you to the customers!!

Dajah took care of me today and made sure I was taken care of all the way to the end. She maintained open and as a customer this made me feel good. The Team at World Hyundai was Mind blowing! Even the Valets where chipping in to help in between shuttling cars to set up the much appreciated "After Thanksgiving" spread! There were raffles and the MC was Awesome! The team worked together there and enjoyed being there, which made me experience with World Hyundai memorable and recommended.

Great overall experience. From my initial phone call I was immediately transferred to a manager (Teri) who was wonderful in both taking in my thoughts and goals in working with their company as well as drawing up an action plan that best-suited my needs. She put me in touch with a sales associate (Erik) who exceeded expectations in understanding my consumer desires and aiding in the car buying process. We also worked with Louie who handled the financing/paperwork who was professional and courteous throughout the process.
I'm always leery about the car-buying process with the all variables, but to the best of my knowledge this group of personnel at World Hyundai were straight-forward, honest and gave me a fair deal and that goes a very long way in my book. Definitely recommend this company and the above-listed representatives.response / report this review -

Edwin is wonderful. I was a difficult case being a first time buyer and he took me step by step at my pace. Very patient and nice. Nice is huge for me. I felt super comfortable & buying my first car was a breeze. Amazing deal as well. Thank you so much Edwin!

Edwin has been so helpful. I felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. Sometimes you speak with someone over the phone and it is a wonderful experience but when you meet them in person it is totally different. Edwin is genuine. He is the real deal. He made the car purchasing experience very easy.

Our experience with this dealership was an all around execptional experience that I won't soon forget. Erik, our salesman, really made us feel welcome as if we were part of a family as opposed to just being another blank faced customer. I deeply appreciate what Erik was able to do for us, he really made this experience worth wild and I'm deeply grateful at having walked through those doors and being welcomed so warmly. I would refer this place to anyone, for I greatly enjoyed my experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my customer service from both Edwin and Erik. They were very helpful to me, especially since i am recovering from a wrist injury and am also nearing senior citizen age. We bought my daughters vehicle from her on New Years Eve almost 5 years ago and I have still received the same level of service then as I did today. I will definitely send all of my friends and family that are looking to purchase a top notch vehicle with Grade A service to both Erik and Edwin. They are Great!
