Dinner at Final Cut was ok. Though I can not figure out why a reasonable restaurant would only give you 1 tiny piece if a miserable vegetable. Now the miserable vegetable was good, but really 1 tiny piece, ridiculous.

The dealers and other staff are very friendly and helpful. The food from the sports bar / brewery was good. Truck parking available. My only complaint is that in the blackjack pit on a Tuesday at 3pm they had 1 table of $5, $10, $15, & $25 each, and the $5 table paid 6:5 on blackjack. I had to wait 45 minutes to get a seat at the $10 table.

Had a good Thanksgiving Buffet. Good service. Also, had good time on casino floor. Played slots for approximately 3 hours and broke even. Good time

Through my job they celebrate the annual staff appreciation day, and we get a free lunch buffet style. We been going there for 5 years now. I never had a compliant about the food or service in the buffet style,but this time I do. The variety of food was not there this time, also the replenishing of food was horrible you had to wait for a while and imagine approximately 500 employees in line getting there food and others waiting. The server said they run out of glass cups or even the hard plastic cups so the were serving small water bottles for those that ask for water.
For this place to be a Hotel and Casino which we know is not cheap the food and service should be priority which I believe lack.response / report this review -

It isn't very big, but the game variety is nice. For the most part it is clean, and there are usually games available even on busy nights. The snack center on the lower level has a particularly cranky woman who usually works Friday evenings. Watch out for her.

It has been quite awhile since I've been to Hollywood Casino. I love that there is no more smoking here. Waitstaff was attentive, and dealers we pretty friendly. It appears that the business may have slowed in recent years, as it was easy to play any table on a Saturday night. Lost money, but had fun.

This place nice. They only give some people hotels and free play . How I know my friend don't go here anymore she has not been here. Since 2015 And she ALWAYS get free room And free play. I was going once a month and wasn't getting ANYTHING. I. Started going last year. And spending good money. But I never got a free anything. So don't think I will go back.

I don't even want to give any star to this place.people are just racist.! Especially, Roulette dealer.They just clean your pockets out??!!We all know that table are controlled. But at least in Harrahs Casino makes you win!!? So, you still come back and enjoy returning. The dealer are friendlier.

The buffet reminds me of a mediocre public school cafeteria. Fried chicken was okay considering it was all backs and ribs. For dessert the soft serve machine dribbled out a sweet brown and grey soup. $15 dollars each.

I will have to say , the buffet is the cheapest.
Might as well eat at Golden Corral. I am serious. Do not pay unless you check it out.
I am a long haul trucker, have eaten at MANY other places comparable with this. It really is pitiful. All deserts are frozen stuff. The only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the prime rib. But I will have to admit, I might be a picky eater. Anyway, you all have fun.response / report this review -

If you like gambling and expensive dinners, this is a nice place. Much nicer than the Hollywood Casino in Aurora. The only place it smelled smokey was by the elevators in the parking lot. The Final Cut restaurant was nice. They don't over salt the food. Glad my husband had food comps. $36 for a filet and all sides are extras. The pink panther martini was fine, a bit too sweet for my taste and the glass was quite sticky.

Hollywood Casino is such a Nice Place, you don't even have to walk into the Casino area to enjoy their beautiful amenities. An elegant gift shop, unique steak house, beautiful buffet and one of a kind bar with the biggest screen television in the midwest or maybe in any bar in America. Fridays are simple awesome with their live music. You wouldn't want to miss this place even if you are traveling and need to make a night stop. Their hotel is Awesome!!!

Absolutely superb dining experience. The environment felt like I was dining with friends in their home and was taken care of as if I were at my family's special holiday dinners. This is a dining experience that I will remember forever and I will certainly return as often as possible. The service and food were exceptional!

Very friendly service people. The breakfast was made special for us, we have the usual and miss out on bacon and breakfast burritos. The accommodated us and made special and brought to room. Room is always very clean and the people that work there go over the top for the guests. Love staying there, my only hotel I stay at. The gambling is a little perk to get out of room, but love going back to room for night and soak in large hot tub. Very relaxing! You will not be disappointed with the stay. Patty
