Last Friday night, a giant Rendel's tow truck parked and blocked the entire parking lot at Mr. Submarine on West Jefferson for 20 minutes while the driver was inside eating. It created chaos because it was nearly impossible navigate the parking lot. If this is indicative of Rendel's service, then totally avoid doing business with them!

Zero stars , tow truck operators are complete idiots , I wouldn't let any of these idiots pick up garbage at my house, over priced on parts , over charged in service , attorney general should come in and revoke all licenses this company has , location should be closed down as a nuisance to the general public . . . . Fine you idiot , bait and switch , the tow driver charged $4850 to tow a truck 7 miles , said it was a police tow when the police never showed up , tow driver demanded cash so he and the other goon could pocket some of it , stole items out of the truck , complete disregard for customers equipment , so , just for you , the Illinois commerce commission police have been called , FYI people , they can revoke someone's tow license and numbers , also states attorneys office in will county have also been contacted about shady and deceptive practices , hope that is specific enough for you since you are probably in on the scam . . .

Save yourself a headache and take your money else where! They will sell you anything claim it has a warranty then give you every excuse not to honor the warranty on a brand new machine. Don't trust them!!

They repaired a paint scratch that went thru three layers of paint on the side of my RV as a result of vandalism to include some warranty work. I was pleased with the workmanship quality, and the professionalism that was displayed by all their staff. Pat Jr. thanks for the fantastic job, you have my repeat business.

They suck I was standing there looking at mowers they just lost my business no one came out and asked questions the guy came out but he talked to another guy about spraying a whole box truck and 3 people that work here saw me never ever agin I also drove 38 minutes I'm going to Russos they treat you king even if your not buying anything.

not only charged me 465.00 for a 1 mile tow after they said 415.00, but someone stole 10 or 15 bucks,in change, out of my center console lol place is a joke!
