As in past visits, we enjoyed good wait staff, food and atmosphere at Woody's. My Woody's Roo Ben was prepared perfectly for me. I like it that you have a choice of sides other than French Fries. My visiting cousins from Battle Creek, MI and my husband enjoyed their burger, chicken and Philly sandwiches. Our waitress, Sarah, who's only worked there a few months was very good. They have 2 different seating areas at waters side and sometimes their inside dining area is available. Having t-shirts, koozies and post cards for sale are a nice keep sake from a visit there. It's quite easy to get there off I75. Close parking and clean restrooms. We try to arrive by noon if we can for lunch, as it can fill up quickly. Enjoy!

I've been to several of the other Woody's but this is my favorite. The grouper bites are unbelievably soft buttery and fluffy like Manna From Heaven. The peel and eat shrimp is better warm. Fried pickles and great drinks selection. Live music on the weekends wish they stayed open till 2 a.m. I would be there.

First you have to get TJ for a server. Then you gotta get some sweet potato fries, a strawberry daiquiri, and pretty much anything on the menu for a very enjoyable meal. Live bands and eclectic clientele make for a fun time every time! And of course the view of the water is gorgeous. 😊 You CANNOT go wrong here!

Met our family here while on vacation from Vienna, Ohio. The atmosphere was great and the service and food were super! Kudos to Cammy! That drink was delicious!thanks for a wonderful night!

Good food busy place nice view but don't ask for an extra cocktail sauce as it won't come at $15.00 for an order clam strips and 🍟 another dip would be nice. It was promised but never came. I had to nearly beg to get a refill on ice tea. The people behind us had an extremely barking 🐕 and the cigar he was smoking smelled like it may have come the critter. We moved to another table notified the waitress, when our food came the server wondered about until I tracked her down. We like the location and food but the staff is a bit shakyand disorganized. And out visit was out of season!!

Felt totally ripped off today. This is a restaurant that used to be a "must" stop if we were in the area. My husband ordered a glass of cabernet that we both were surprised at the amount of wine in a little plastic glass. The second glass was nominally better. Still disappointed. The real shock came with the bill. $16 for two glasses of mediocre wine. Really? Needless to say, we will not be back. Service was good but who cares at this point.

A fantastic indoor or outdoor dining experience. This place is a go to spot for locals and visitors are welcome to see why this place has always been very popular for all ages and they have several full bars including a outdoor tiki bar. Waterfront dining at cheap prices with huge portions of fantastic food. Beautiful waitstaff with fantastic attitude

It was ok.The atmosphere is nice. The food is good depending on what you order. Fried shrimp is always good. Too many flies bothering us and our food. Needed to get out of there. We ate outside and it's nice to watch the boats on the river. Plus, it's close to home.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich with their homemade slaw. Everything tasted great and flavorful, served at the appropriate temperature. Considering how busy it was, I didn't have to wait very long. I would definitely return and check out how their nights are. They have plenty of space for large crowds and the mini tiki hits add a hint of tropical ambience. If you own a boat, you can pull right up. I can't wait to return!

So disappointed. My family and I went to celebrate m daughter in law's birthday. Our experience was terrible. The service was really slow appetizers alone took over 40 minutes. Fried mushrooms and peel and eat shrimp . Really. Next we ordered grouper bites, mind u , my family and I are all fishermen. our grouper bites came out and they were clearly Catfish. If I wanted catfish , I would have ordered catfish. My son ordered a Salmon sandwich well done. It came out cold and on 2 pieces of soggy toast. When we brought this to the attention of our server, whom by the way left all our dirty dishes and bottles at the corner of out table even though she walked by several times. She said she would have a manager come over. The manager without even stopping at our table walked behind me and said, I I took the bad food off your bill, and without missing a step kept right on going. We asked to speak to a different Manager he came to our table and try to lie about the fish , when I called him out on it he told the truth. They refused to comp anything else and made me pay for the extra tarter sauce I ordered for fish I didn't eat. Needless to say my family and I went to eat elsewhere.

When I got here the place was jam-packed. I sat at a table I waited about 3-4 minutes. Once I finally met my server Darcy she was so attentive I didn't know what to do with myself. She was probably one of the best servers that I've ever dealt with and all the many locations that I have visited. I would highly recommend that if you would ask for Darcy and find the area that she is Servicing. By far one of the best waitresses that I've ever dealt with at any location in the Tampa Bay area. I would highly recommend that you get the fish dip and ahi tuna, by far the best snacks that I've had in the last 12 months anywhere in the area. Specifically I would like to thank her for going out of her way and spending time with me and my out-of-area friend and helping us with the menu and dealing with the extensive long wait for the food. The best waitress ever!

I ordered the house salad which consisted of barely cut old lettuce, a few diced tomatoes 4 cucumber slices and shredded carrots. It was LAME. Then the hot wings came out (I think there were maybe 7) and it was like they had set under a heat lamp all day. DRY and no flavor. Typical rip off place just because the atmosphere is nice. They need to step up their game food quality wise. I think wings from 7-11 would have been better than these AND much cheaper in price.
