Ordered flowers received on Wednesday at 3pm for funeral service on Thursday at 11am. Flowers were half dead by the service was not happy with this. Will not order again.

I dropped by this florist just before they closed to purchase a bouquet for my wife's birthday. The florist put together a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers. It was a great experience and I will be sure to visit this florist again when I need flowers in the future! Thanks!

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM HERE! I received a bouquet of flowers today and to my surprise they looked worse than grocery store bouquets. With the amount of money paid, I would expect quality flowers. I went directly to the store and filed a complaint and the best thing they could offer was make me a new bouquet with the same pathetic design. They told me they could not make a better arrangement. Any experienced florist would be able to make a beautiful arrangement out of anything regardless of types of flowers or price given. Anyone can buy flowers and put them in a vase, but you pay a little bit more money to have a florist arrange them nicely. This place is a joke of a flower shop. Customer service is horrendous and does not know how to empathize with their customers. They are happy with taking people's hard earned money and giving them a piece of crap! If there were negative stars, I would give them that.

The flowers I order where no where near what the picture showed and I paid extra for the largest amount of flowers.and the other arrangement sent was never delivered until I called.it had been lost..

Mike, the new owner of Lakewood Ranch Florist delivered two beautiful arrangements at our office this morning. Unfortunately, both recipients are out of the office today. Mike left these gorgeous arrangements for us to enjoy and said he will deliver fresh ones on Monday when the birthday girls are back in the office!

Kudos to Mike! I mean, who does that anymore????? Awesome customer service! And gorgeous flowers.

I ordered a corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. It was really pretty when we picked it up. Then less than an hour in to prom, the flower arrangement fell off of the wristband. I called to tell them what had happened. I spoke with Grace and she informed me that since I have no proof then there is nothing she can do for me. She stated that they don't just give refunds without having proof that something happened. I never asked for a refund. I would have been happy with a replacement bouquet being sent to the girlfriend's house. Grace did not even apologize for what happened. She just said that she had never heard of that happening. Basically she called me a liar and accused me of making this up just because the girl did not keep a broken corsage. Would you have kept a broken corsage when you were 16? Probably not.

The staff was very helpful and friendly when I stopped in the store and explained that I needed a flower arrangement for a local delivery. This delivery was on relatively short notice and they got it done and a great price! I recently made a second order over the phone, and it was nice that they remembered me, and they made it so simple. Couple of quick questions and it was done. Plus, it's always nice to speak with someone local. No more 1800 flowers, ftd, or other websites etc.. They can ship anywhere and I don't get spammed in my e-mail inbox.
