Rooms are cleaned every other week and the job done is not the best. Staff can be rude and not very helpful at times. Also pay attention to your bill and charges bc they will over charge you or have you paying for things you did not use/order. Internet is Wi-Fi only and horrible. You can pay for premium Wi-Fi which is not that much better and they will charge you multiple times or not give you the entire length of time you paid for. Oh, and no matter how clean you keep your room, there is roaches.

this is supposed to be an "extended stay" but they just charge you for a bunch of little things that you need. They charge you a "linens fee" that isn't included in the price. Doesn't come with any cooking supplies, they charged me $40 extra for some pots and pans. Does NOT come with useable wifi. It comes with wifi that is so slow you can't do anything. They have good Wifi for an ADDITIONAL price, which is just stupid because it doesn't cost them anything extra if they gave it to you for free. Also, there is no ice machine. This place doesn't include any of the basic things you would expect at 99% of the hotels out there. The rate I was told over the phone was $260, and when I got there they charged me for $315. This place is only trying to suck every dime from your pocket. Would not recommend you stay here.

Loud, harsh lighting, water didn't work, stains and leftover spills throughout, missing bathroom doorknob, cockroaches, poor service, and the list goes on. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

If I could put less than 1 star I would do it !
Even a low price is not worth for this hotel !
Everything you can read on other reviews from 2 years ago is still there :
Bugs, bad smells, services, 10$ for fresh towels, weird stuff on the carpet, room service every 2 weeks ?????
You guys surely know those problems but never did anything to fix it
It's my first experience with woodspring suites and definitely the last one !

This hotel is like a living hell. For starters as soon as I got into the hallways it smelled like straight weed. When I entered my room you can clearly see how unkept it is. It's infested with roaches. The carpet is disgusting, so is the tile. They have a stove which is great and all but there's no pots, pans, napkins, silverware, basically nothing. The walls are stained, insides of the drawers are sticky and just disgusting. The bathroom is filthy, the shower rod looks as if it's about to fall off and the toilet is dirty. The staff is extremely disrespectful. The only good things about this hotel is that they have tv and free WiFi. I will NEVER come here again.

This is by far the worst place I have stayed. I would rather stay in my car on the side of the road! I stayed here after leaving Miami due to hurricane Irma. Even though the hotel rate is about $38.00 per night, woodspring charged FEMA over $80.00 and that is just the beginning of my complaints. I chose this hotel from the FEMA website because it offered a stove top and a full size fridge in the room. However, there were no pots or pans, no plates, no cutlery and they didn't have any available for sale. Tiny german roaches were my constant companions, and as disgusted as I was by this, nothing was worse than the bad attitude of the front desk staff. They were uncooperative, unhelpful, and made it clear that their job was not to do me any favors. I spent 45 mins transporting my belongings from the 4th floor to my car because no one was willing to try to locate the luggage cart. The front desk closes at 9:00pm. After going to my car I could not reenter the building since my key wouldn't work. No one answered when I called the #500 extension they left in case of emergencies. Woodbridge claimed I could only stay for 4 days even though FEMA approved me for a 30 day stay. After spending 2 hrs on the phone, the FEMA representative gave me a direct number for hotels and motels to call to confirm FEMA benefits. After I moved my stuff to the car I attempted to give the front seat person the number. She said she didn't want it: "I'm not waiting on the phone to talk to FEMA!" This was a truly shocking experience, and I will visit Woodsprings again when hell freezes over.

Not the greatest. I was there for over a month and not once did they clean my roomgave me attitude about providing clean linens and Im not at all rude or confrontationalpretty timid.. so it was uncalled for. I do not have anything positive to say about my stay there.

We checked into our room about 6:30pm and immediately found that we could not sleep in the bed because the metal bed frame was completely broken along the right side of it. Walked to front desk and was told that they would let the maintenance man know, but he wouldn't be on property until the next morning. I went back to my room to find that the shower would not turn n because the knob was stripped so when we tried to turn it on the knob came off.

My family and I have relocated to Tallahassee from Clearwater and I was a bit concerned with not being able to find something permanent within a timely fashion but was told there is no such time!
We have been here for almost a month and have not ran into any of the previously mentioned occurrences. The only issue we've had was a leaky a/c unit and we were moved asap.
We have seen a total of 3 roaches.
The guests here are very diverse and I HIGHLY doubt any racist groups setting this up as their headquarters.

There are people writing negative reviews who have never actually stayed there just because they don't like some of the people who stay there. The company has no control over the types of people who rent the rooms, They only do a background check to make sure you don't have any weird sex charges. The place is clean and modern and safe and secluded from the parkway in a way that gives those who stay there needed privacy. Its a great place to stay. Its pet friendly now too.

This is the "real," Republic of Florida's HQ: Despite Jenny Rebel and Jordan Jereb's obviously astroturfed review, you're asking to stay at a roach motel occupied by a klan element posing as a conservative organization. You'll spot these treasured guests in the wee hours causing quite the ruckus. Avoid this location and stay down the road in a more respectable establishment.

great rooms, nice and clean. location is great and very convenient- convenient as it gets right next to walmart and tom brown park and lots of businesses, body shops, burger king etc. when i travel to tallahassee and need to stay for a week for community activism i feel like its a home away from home. 5/5. this place is underrated.

They have a local racist group Republic of Florida operating out of a few of the rooms here. I didn't feel safe, nor should you staying here. They are all over YouTube and Facebook. Talking about guns and violence. I would leave No Stars if I could.
