Completely unacceptable customer service. Cancelled an entire class reunion event at their facility because of a date change of an FSU football game. This is not how a reputable hotel should operate!

The bathroom always smelled dirty, my guess was that the elec. vent that comes on every time you turn the light on was working backwards pulling smell in, instead of out. Friendly front desk crew. Comp-breakfast 6 to 9 Mon-Fri. they would run out of food, and when you asked if the were serving more they would bring more but with no smile on their face, they were starting to clean up earlier that 9 too. A hallway light making noise & bulb out was never fixed in the week we were there and we told the front desk about it. I expected more for what we paid.

Nice, fully equipped rooms. Very helpful desk person, Gene. Note to golfers: the course next door, separately owned, was in sorry condition and closed at 4:00 PM on Sunday when I hoped to play.

We stayed at the Inn at Wildwood Resort in February 2015 and cannot say enough good things about it. It is a high class hotel at a very inexpensive price. Beds are very comfortable. Room was very clean and staff service was excellent. We were able to use the computer in the lobby. Food was great. Very nice appearance. Very comfortable and nice hotel. It is much nicer than a Hampton Inn, very high class. Highly recommend it and we will definitely return.
