Waste Management is always reliable. They leave the area clean, notify you of delays due to Holidays etc. I would recommend them to friends & family.

When we switched from the trash cans to a bin the switch has been terrible. A lot of details not clearly communicated at all on details that they assume everyone knows and don't.
They cannot help you in the 'Can Division' with 'Bin questions' and vica versa. They knew we were switching and didn't cancel the
'can service' when the driver delivered the bin he said something that made me think about it and call, otherwise they would have kept charging us.
Their phone line says do it on the web looking now for pricing and nothing showing.
If there were another service I would switch.

WM does a great job, they are consistent and reliable. I like that they send us emails to remind us that a holiday will change our pick up day. I like paying online, and being able to communicate with them online.

This is the worst company to deal with. The drivers are lazy and dump trash on the road and never pick up anything. In turlock we had gilton and they were great. Wm has horrible customer support and service. If the drivers call in sick well your garbage does not get picked up at least from what we have seen. I wish we had choices of who to use.

My recycling bin wasn’t dumped yesterday because the lid was open a crack. They call this a overload?What a joke !!!Customer Service can’t do anything about it I know it’s not their fault. But I pay for this service.I’ve never had this problem.Also a few months ago my cans were taken by mistake.When they were supposed to take my neighbors cans for non-payment. When I questioned the driver he was sure it was my address.Called customer service they said he should’ve had taken them. Well I know that cause I pay my bill!! I then had to wait more than a week to get them back cause they only return and pick up cans on certain days .I am fed up with this mess!
