Reliable, but terrible otherwise. Replacing a broken (by the WM truck) trash can is nearly impossible. Talking to an actual person when calling the service center, nearly impossible. Calling the number will just text you a link to a useless web page. I finally spoke to an actual person, but I can't remember how I got them! But when I did get that person, she sent me the same useless web link! It took me several days, about a half hour each day (business hours) to get it sorted out. My wife says I should file a complaint with the CPUC (California). Sounds tempting

This company has really stepped up it's game and has made great improvements in it's customer service. They are now easy to work with.

The delivery driver did an excellent job of placing the dumpster. He was friendly and professional. Any time I called regarding the dumpster, the billing, or any other concern, I was helped by a pleasant and professional representative who demonstrated strong customer focus! Well done!

The truck that comes to empty my garbage always uses the wrong gate to enter thereby going across my grass and destroying what my landscaper has done. The key works for the other gate as well where the container is by the Social Hall; please correct this problem.
