Grossly over priced! Price gouging at it finest! 8 am opens on a Saturday and Sunday causing excessive and needless frustrations. Open at 6!

Rude and incompetent call operators that transfer you to multiple departments that don't know how you can recycle a TV. Was told at the third transfer to just bring in you tv and maybe one of the guys at the transfer station will know pricing. While the operators just kept trying to provide least amount of info possible. Very disappointed.

Don't apply here if your a woman trying to work as a garbage person out on route. Their website has postings of jobs that clearly states 'no experience required '. When they recruiter reaches out to you he says it is a requirement and won't let you move forward with the hiring process. I asked for help at the local office and the lady I was talking to didn't even want to talk to me, not helpful at all. Looked at me in disgust. They rather have the women work at the site behind a desk. What a joke.

Haven't serviced my recycle for over a month, and they tell me to just wait longer.
Thank you for your reply, but calling your number doesn't get anyone who cares. Waste management has taken my money and not provided the services I paid for. No recycling pick up in a month and 2 missed trash services in the last 3 weeks.response / report this review
