They are such a waste of time. No one even bothered to call me the 2 times they were supposed to deliver the bins.

I have been waiting for a new trashcan and the second yard waste can that I have been PAYING FOR since mid July 2021and I still have not received either. I am going to check if I can find another trash company.

Great company, you pay them and they never pick up your garbage. But that is ok the local bear likes to knock the can over and spread the trash all over the place and eat it.

I am fortunate to be able to return home after the camp fire and am grateful. Upon return I called WM twice on Wednesday and was assured that my garbage would be picked up by 6pm that day. I had extra because I had to clean out 2 refrigerators and a freezer of rotten food. They never showed up nor did they call me to tell me they wouldn't be here. I had to haul all of it back from the street into my garage in the pouring rain. I called today and was informed that they won't be here until next Wednesday. Now I have to store all of that rotten stinky garbage in my garage to keep the wildlife out of it. I asked if they would put a dumpster somewhere on upper Magalia for those like me but they didn't seem to want to help. The only reaction I received is i'm sorry. I am extremely frustrated.
