To pick up here, they are opened till 5:00 but stops loading at 3:30. Someone gave me the wrong address. So they were kind enough to get me loaded at 4:00. Very nice lady in shipping.

I was skeptical at first when we couldn't pick our own hauler, but I just said to my husband that it's nice to have them come once a week, not so noisy. They do a great job.

The drivers maintain a predictable schedule, are very neat and precise, leaving the containers almost exactly as they were. There is never garbage flying around after they empty containers. Waste Management is not the least expensive carrier, but they are professional and reliable, which is a bonus.

We have been with WM for a very long time and have been very happy with their service. They are very dependable. When service days need to be changed they send an email letting know. My wife and I are on fixed incomes and when times were hard financially they have been very willing to work with us.

I like Waste Management our driver is very good. However do to staff shortages our yard waste was picked up 2 times last summer and recycling was skipped a couple times. I am ok with it because it is tough all over to get good help.
