Dont ever do business here they are con artists and bill you for every little thing. Had to fill out a bunch of paperwork to just get them to cancel service. then they keep charging you for stuff after we were not even living there any longer. then charged us $200 to remove the dumpster. Shady company and their service sucks. I have had many billing disputes with them on their bad practices.

This postcard I received about possible extra charges for overfull green dumpster I think you should consider that on some weeks you move your pickup day back one day due to Holidays and we as customers have guests , especially at lake homes, over the holidays, that you should NOT be charging us for overfills etc

Only issue we have is there isn't any consistency of what time they will show up. Sometimes it is by 11, sometimes it is 3 or 4 and other times it has been 6 or later. None the less, they show up and for that we are thankful 😊

Our major experience has been with the drivers who are always very professional, courteous, and friendly. At one point there was a pricing confusion, which calling the 800 number resolved quickly.

Extremely inconsistent pick up. Even when weather is good. And watch your bills. They do not automatically credit!!! You have to request each time. Even on preannounced delivery delays.
