here is an example, today I left my garden work gloves on the top of the can when I went walking, thinking that I would remember to get them when I returned, I did not remember them, the thoughtful men collecting the garbage empty the can and placed my gloves on top of the closed can. I would like to thank them as it was a small act of kindness that I appreciated. I also would like to say on rainy days they always place the recycle bin in the larger bin and close the top so the rain does not fill up in either bin. Thank you. Mrs. Lapp

I usually don't leave bad reviews however, people need to be warned be sure you save all of your emails, I made the mistake of thinking after I made an agreement with waste management to pick up a dumpster that they would honor that agreement, their driver showed up on the wrong date and tried to collect the dumpster early after I told him he was too early. He's smiled and left. However, shortly after waste management tried to charge me double what I agreed to pay in a very sneaky fashion. That reminds me do not enroll in auto pay or paperless billing either they will sneakily try to take money from you. It's just sad when giant corrupt companies dunk on hard-working blue collar Americans 👎

It's been three weeks since our garbage has been picked up at Lilly Creek Business Park in Menomonee Falls. These two dumpsters serve a whole slew of customers in a private area. This is absolutely insane. We've tried calling them multiple times, but the garbage still has not been picked up.
