We have been storing an extra dumpster on our property for over a year! It was originally supposed to be for a new truck that apparently never arrived!! Not only is the dumpster full from strangers dumping in it, IT IS IN THE WAY!! I’m about to call the police and make trespassing complaint!

I had a billing issue and called customer service. They went above and beyond to fix my billing issue and saved me money also. They transferred me to someone that was a pleasure to speak to and solved my issues. I highly recommend WM.

After multiple confirmations and conversations with onboarding and regional manager, they never delivered a dumpster. Now they're billing me for a service they won't provide.
Customer support is a joke. It takes days to get an email answered.

Overall good service and value. Communication regarding postponed pickups is improving, especially since we have implemented an online account with automatic billing.
