We are a small family run business and they have over charged us thousands of dollars over many years and Now they won't let us cancel their service even after following their cancellation procedures.

If you decide to use them, pay month - to - month, otherwise you will get screwed. I used their services for 2 and a half years, paying a year in advance for services. When I moved out, I still had 5 months of service left. When I called to close the account, I was told that I would be reimbursed for any unused balance and that I would receive a check in the mail in 6 - 8 weeks. However, what they actually did was charge me $4.45 more than my refund would have been to "pick up their bin." How convenient for THEM that the service charge was not only my entire refund, but then a little more to keep my account active. The only reason why I figured out I still owed was because I never received the check and logged in to find out that I still had an active balance of $4.45. They never sent me any notice via email or postal mail that the account still had a balance.
I strongly believe this is a business tactic used so that they never lose money. With the difference being under $5.00, it is easily undetectable on so many different business accounting levels. Very Poor Business Conduct and I have also filed a complaint with the BBBresponse / report this review
