Mike and his team saved the day!

Only hours after hurricane Idalia passed by Tampa Bay, my water heater started leaking. As soon as we got a hold of Mike, he was upfront and committed to resolve the issue the same day. He delivered! He was very knowledgeable and provided immediate solutions. His 20 year experience shows!

They advertise that they are "Reasonable! Reliable! Affordable! Respectful!" and they are exactly that and beyond.

This is the second time we have required Mike’s services and, again, he was very responsive to our call. He came out on a Saturday evening to detect and repair a leak in our main water line just inside the outer wall. He did not finish the repair until almost 11pm. This meant we only had the water shutoff for a few hours. I recommend Elite Plumbing and they will be the first call we make if we ever need plumbing services in the future.

Called Elite plumbing around 7:30 PM tonight and told Mike we needed help for a let from the outside shutoff valve. Mike answered right away and was here within 30 minutes. Mike explained what they were going to do, to fix the problem and went right to work and my problem was solved in a bit over an hour. I've called other plumbers in the past and just wasn't impressed. Mike and his assistants were friendly and helpful. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely keep their business card and call them again when I have plumbing needs. Thank you, Mike!

Michael was amazing! He answered my call for a leaky spigot late Saturday evening and was at my house in 10 minutes. It took him half an hour to finish the job and he explained every step thoroughly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
