  WM is about the worst company I have ever dealt with, trash or not trash related. They have caused thousands of dollars of damage to my property, and refuse to own fault when it comes to paying for the damages, even though they have admitted to fault over email. Photos attached are from the damage of the truck backing into my gate, poles are completely snapped, this was not a simple bump, the truck sheared those poles. BEWARE DO NOT USE WM

  Hire better workers. Not sure what happened but today in Aurora, CO they took HALF my trash and left half. Makes zero sense whatsoever.
  
  I had three bins and one bin was left broken. One wheel was hanging off and the other wheel was on the lawn. Did they break one bin and decided to just give up?
  
  Now I'm left with trash for another week in the scorching summer weather. I should have taken some pictures but I didn't.

  Our address is 2439 S University Blvd Denver, CO 80210, and in April, the WM employee had really bad service and closed our account without our permission. Its been almost 2 months, even the other employees were confused when I had told them an employee had shut down our account. This caused us to be neglected through their service causing multiple of complaints and commotion towards us. We already signed a new agreement to another company, we just simply want to totally cancel this service and have their trashcan moved out of here.

  Every time your trucks come through, they never clean the trash off the ground. Today they damaged the trash can, and still didn't clean up the ground. I took this picture 5 minutes ago. You have some lazy workers. I had to clean it myself so that the trash can could actually fit into it's spot. We haven't been able to close the door fully, until I did something about it today. That's ridiculous I have to finish their job.
