Complaint Regarding Trash Pickup Service: Disturbance of Sleep and Lack of Responsibility
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the trash pickup service provided by your company. I live in Cory Lake Isles, Tampa.
It has come to my attention that your drivers have been picking up trash before 6am on Wednesdays and even Saturdays, which has significantly disturbed our sleep. Additionally, on the last Wednesday, the driver played loud music while carrying out the service. Furthermore, I have noticed that your drivers do not pay attention to our trash can, and as a result, my neighbor's trash cans have been destroyed. This lack of care and responsibility is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your drivers are more mindful of the timing of trash pickup, the condition of our trash cans, and the level of noise they create during the service. We expect a better and more responsible service from your company.

From my first inquiry through the first pick up my experience has been professional. Site easy to navigate, minimum wait on the phone, knowledgeable team. Highly recommend!
