They are always not picking up trash when they are supposed to. Then, they never come on the alternate day they say they will pick up. This is a terrible company. I wish trash pick up was not private - it sucks!

If you want an increase in your monthly service charge every six months with no fair justification and hope when you come home your trash has picked up this is the perfect company for you. If you want to talk to someone in customer service over the phone and have them act like they care when they really don't, this is the perfect company for you!

Service is always reliable and as scheduled. Always assists with extra items such as large palm fronds and other yard debris. Gentlemen handling the truck are friendly and helpful. Have used the company for many years with no complaints. Fees are reasonable as well.
