  No one picks up the phone and if you dont have a customer number the system hangs up on you.

  WM very poor in customer service and very excellent in over charging it's commercial customers. Pic of our container after the typical pickup. Our porter can't close the stalls since the containers are not put properly back in place.

  I'm the Manager of a storage facility had an issue with my garbage not being picked up so I spoke to Jorge the Area Supervisor who was super cool and even helped to clean up my dumpster are Thank You

  Pick up scrap plastic w/ 53' dry van. Not hard to find & staff is friendly. Big trucks use on site scale close to building & check in while weighing.
