  Outstanding staff from my first call to sales and delivery. All questions answered and they followed up immediately. They called first time to our farm when they were on way as I wanted to be there at delivery. Very pleased so far with everything.

  We had the most horrible household pickup for years before Waste Management took over.
  They are thorough, courteous, & helpful without asking.
  Yes, having a waste mgt business across this country is difficult & will have glitches but our community really benefited from hiring WM.

  Horrible, ever since they took over they never picked up, missed me repeatedly, no answer from management and still have not received refund since I went to another company! We had to go to dump in between!!
