I have been trying to call off a dumpster since April 2022 (it's now January 2023) and they still will not remove from site. Unbelievably poor customer service. Will not be using WM for any future dumpster needs.

For the past 3 years my trash pickup has been incredibly inconsistent. So bad that WM now sends checks for missed pickups. I complain every time so they don't get paid tax dollars for not doing their job.

This review is of WM in Hialeah, FL. Ridiculous overage charge of $400 (Total $700 for the month). I expected to see a refrigerator or huge sofa in the dumpster. Instead, they said it appeared to be a small bag and cardboard box. $400 to step on the box and flatten it??? Nothing there that looks like the truck can't handle. Outrageous. I will be cancelling my contract when my renewal period opens this year. Beware - the contract is written so that the customer needs to jump through hoops to get it cancelled. Otherwise they auto-lock you in for an additional 3 years. You thought your phone provider was bad!! Thanks.
This is happening every month now. Easy excuse for WM to increase monthly charge by $400-$500! Pictures below look like typical dumpsters and are not over loaded!!response / report this review
