WM is reliable and efficient, however, their online bill pay process is not easy or good. I had to enter the payment information multiple times and each time (except for the last) the screen blanked and froze. I have no idea if I made more than 1 payment today.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They did not take my trash last week. I called right after the truck left to tell them they missed mine and was told they'd come back. They did not but lied in the notes and said my can wasn't out. So I had to wait all weekend and called again Monday and they said they'd come todayanother lie! They never came! Everyone knows they are a monopoly and we have no other options so I guess I HAVE to pay for a service that I don't actually receive. Thanks for nothing WM!

The collection has generally been very good. I had one warning of violation, which was not explained. All I got was a video showing only boxes with cardboard material. I called and the representative told me that some boxes maybe too big. He said it's best to breakdown all boxes.I don't see that in the explanation of what and how to recycle. I always assume that if I can place a cardboard box in the bin and close the lid of the bin, it will be ok. Breaking down every single cardboard box regardless of size will involve a lot more work on my part. The reason I took two stars out is for the lack of clear explanation on how to recycle.

On Monday, I was retrieving our bins. I am 77 and not as agile as I once was. The regular garbage had come and gone. I was in the process of wheeling that bin back up my driveway when the Recycle truck arrived and emptied that bin. Just after I wheeled the bin into my side yard, the driver of the recycling truck brought that bin up my driveway to me. I am extremely grateful for that kindness.
