If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. I am the admin for a small church and we have had an issue with our garbage container for over a YEAR. The lock bar is missing, so we can't keep others from using our dumpster. The apartments next door fill our dumpster almost as soon as WM empties it. We are paying for service that we can't even use! I have sent emails, called and called and called, to be told that they will send us a new onebut the new one never comes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER (NON)SERVICE!!

How do I file a complaint we are newer to the area and had accidentally put the wrong bag in our bin. We got a warning notice. We took out the bag after they didn't take it. Now I have a detective recycling man that stops his Truck Everytime and checks my bin. I followed him for about 30 minutes. I was the only stop he made to check bins. So what is Sherlock Holmes doing checking mine every week.
Absolutely ridiculous it's going to become a problem real fast. Any help would be appreciated. Feel like we are being harassed. Possibly because our flag idk but this guy needs to stop and leave us alone. It's almost creepy.response / report this review -

We had waste management dumpsters at two business locations. We found similar service for approximately 1/3 the cost from a local company. Tried to cancel our service with a phone call, and was told we had to send a certified letter for each location cancel service; which we did. They refuse to come and pick up their dumpsters after repeated calls and cancellations.Customer service guy is being a complete ass on the phone when I called again to have them pick up their dumpsters. I would avoid waste management at all cost if possible.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will lock you into long term contracts that are nearly impossible to get out of. Check other local options.
