WM truck driver a regular driver here. TRUCK #653589. I simply asked him if I was supposed to push the button on scale to receive further instructions and he was as rude as can be. You just pissed the wrong otr guy off.

Service is reliable for the most part, BUT the prices are astronomical! Adding various surcharges is an added insult. One additional pickup for a full recycle dumpster at my small business was $900!

Well I have noticed the last few weeks on the pickup that they open the gates on the garbage side to get at the dump but they never close the gates when they put it back on the recycling side there is no trouble with them shutting the gates that’s all I have service is great but just for that that I said. Thks

Very disappointed! They supposed to done the trash service twice a week, but December they only done the trash service first week, and delayed the whole rest month, tons of trash have to be leaved around the dumpster, (this happened on August too) and I have to call in to cancel their service because apparently they not able to do the service ON TIME! But nobody will care about your call , they just made you wait and keep charging you fee! Trash service!

The first year rates are great. After that the price continues to go up. The fuel/environmental fee continues to go up. Now being raised to 20%. Plus the administrative fee. We canceled our service because we sold our business. They made us wait an entire month after we asked for the dumpster to be removed. Leaving it to be a neighborhood dumpster. Then a month after that a fee of $271.24 plus a $5.00 fee to pay by phone.
