  Went there for an arrangement for my mom's funeral recent to this post. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Delivered to the funeral home on time with no issues.
  
  The arrangement we selected was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend Roots.

  I will never visit another greenhouse again. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the service, and selection. Definitely recommend checking them out. I was extremely lucky to get a nice pleasant tour! I had no idea how large they were. AND how their imagination SHINES! Thank you

  Very disappointed in how the interaction went. I went to roots on 9th because Ryan ordered me a beautiful set of dozen roses, but when it was delivered, it was only half a dozen. When I physically went there, bringing the roses to the business, they admitted that they were only fulfilled six of the dozen that were currently ordered, and didn’t bother to try to leave me satisfied, but left a very salty taste in my mouth. I will not be going there nor will Ryan be ordering there again and I do not recommend it and you can take your business elsewhere. A chance to make a customer happy but instead left them bitter and disappointed 😔. I do not recommend them.

  Roots has a spectacular greenhouse, all the plants are healthy and beautiful. I made this from their great selection of all different vessels. I picked out the vessel and plants and they potted them for me. great service and great retail store too.

  Thank you Roots!! Outstanding arrangements. I have ordered several arrangements for my wife and mom over the past year. The two most recent were for Valentines Day and my wedding anniversary. My wife loved them. I HIGHLY recommend Roots for anyone seeking to buy flowers for someone special!
