Pricing at this place is absolutely ridiculous and nothing short of robbery. They have a shocking $165 flat fee for up to $4,000 lbs of trash. I had to pay this for a half full 4x8 trailer of leftover construction material that weighed less than 300 lbs. they impose this fee because they know you don’t have another choice. I wish comal county would do something about this.

The ladies in the office are nice .

I have some concrete and rock ( taking up less than 1/2 of my pickup bed) and was shocked to learn WM's minimum fee is $165. It would seem to me that a two-tiered pricing for residential & business customers would help make it more reasonable for residential customers to use your service. Perhaps base your price on a per pound basis instead of a flat fee. Comal County does not have (to my knowledge) an alternative facility to dump residential construction material. It appears WM is taking advantage of the public knowing they don't have competition.

2/10/2022 No line, but $165 to dump. That's the price to dump a RAM 2500 long bed fully loaded with cardboard, Styrofoam and old kids seats and TV trays.
