I basically paid $200 for an oil change and a bullcrap diagnosis. I was having an issue with surging RPMs, my check engine light was on, and one of my struts was bad. I agreed to pay $139 for the mechanic "diagnostic check". This included a test drive, a glance under the hood and under the car. They also plugged it into the computer, which gave them an error code for the transmission. They determined this was my surging RPMs problem, and I was going to need to replace my transmission entirely, they offered to do it for $8,000. I paid for an oil change and the diagnosis, in the report they told me everything I told them, only thing I got from the $140 diagnosis was the error code, and most shops will plug it in for free They suggested to me that I not flush the transmission or change the fluids, because it was already beyond repair and needed replaced. So, I went to Nissan, they flushed the transmission, did something to a solenoid, reset the computer, problem solved for $90. I want my money back for the diagnostic check.

It is always difficult and scary as a woman to find an auto shop. So many mechanics will jump on the opportunity to take advantage of a lady who knows nothing about cars. These guys were kind, respectful, fairly priced, and non-judgmental in answering all of my questions. And they fixed my radiator and steering up SO fast it made my head spin! I will absolutely be coming back for all of my car maintenance.

10/10, always, no matter what. I’ve been a client for at least 5 years now, and have brought 2 different cars throughout these last few years.

Ron is extremely diligently in providing being par services. Ron and his staff members are pleasant to work with. They are honest with you, and do excellent work, and price it fairly.

Ron even let me use their Wi-Fi to work from home while I getting my battery replaced.

I will continue coming back here for as long as I live here. I will continue suggest others to use them, too.

I spoke with Ron over the phone regarding possible repairs for my son's car. He took the time to let me know what they would do to assess the problem and let me know the cost up front for the diagnostic. Once they received the vehicle and did the diagnostic, he called with a detailed report and the repair cost. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES!!! Other shops wanted to charge almost double for half the work they would perform! Therefore, we had the work done and couldn't be happier! My son says the car is running better than when he first bought it! Excellent customer service and quality service. We've found a repair shop for all of our vehicles. DEFINITELY DESERVING OF ALL THE 5-STAR RATINGS THEY'VE RECEIVED!!!!
