WM has gone from 5* to negative * if I could give them that over night. The driver we've had for years got assigned to a new route and the new driver is just terrible. Within the first few weeks the driver dropped our dumpster on the driverway and shattered the driveway. Customer service is non-existent, I tried to call/email multiple times and in vain! Depending on the day the driver claims they can't get to our dumpster, which has never been a problem. I wish I had the option of being able to choose a different company for our waste needs cause WM is the WORST.

Rude lady in booth has NO SOCIAL OR COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE ,KNOWLEDGE..WAS SLEEPING WHEN I GOT THERE AMD HAD A ATTITUDE GUESS THE SLEEP WAS THAT GOODOTHER THAN THAT ITS OK
