I've truly had several excellent experiences with Tim over the years. Excellent customer service. Tim is mater of fact person, strait to the point. Remember, time talking to you takes him away from timely repairing someone's cart.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! No people skills and very un professional. I dropped my cart off because it was leaning to the left due to a bad spring. He moved the bad spring to the opposite side and now it leans to the right!! He said I have to sit in it to make it ride level. Smh He couldn’t hook up my blinker because it didn’t have a special “harness”. I asked him how much to replace all these parts and it was literally double what I could buy it for on Amazon. He literally didn’t fix anything and wanted to charge me 200.

Horrible service and the owner has no customer service skills and is rude to all his customers, along with not completing all the work and still getting paid in full and not providing any warranty guarantee. I will be reporting him to the BBB for this issue. Don't waist your time giving this company your business

My experience was from almost 20years ago. Tim and his staff would bend over backwards to ensure his customers left satisfied and content.
