  When ever I have a broken trash can I just go and take it and get a new one since I know the men are busy I dont mind. They are real nice especially when they pick the trash and I dont put it out on curve they wait to see if I will go out but since its just my husband and I it takes a while to fill it up. Thanks for then GREAT JOB.🤗

  When I call the phone number listed on google. An automatic voice comes on and I have to scream my answers to the questions. The line drops multiple times and it states the office is closed. When clearly the website states it’s open. Also, I am being over charged the trash container. I was not able to get ahold of any agent.

  My sister called wm back in January to get bigger waste and recycling bins for my moms apts. I went to put the garbage out last week and noticed that the bins hadn't been changed. I called wm on 4/4/22. The guy I talked to said the call was put in on 1/26/22. So it had been over 2 months. Also one of the wheels on the yard waste bin was missing. I went over yesterday to put the bins in. The new garbage bin was there but the old waste bin was still there. And the yard bin hadn't been fixed. I called wm again and got attitude from the guy. He said that they had until 6 pm. To deliver them. Guess what? The old garbage bin is still there and the yard waste bin hasn't been fixed.
  
  So this is new 3/26/23. I ordered an extra 64 gallon garbage bin because our tenants had overfilled the bin. That bin was NEVER delivered, and waste management still charged us at $60/month for $240. The lady I talked even stated that it was noted that the bin was NOT delivered. I have called three times in the last month and NOTHING.

  Customer Service is a joke. The 2 numbers listed on website continued to disconnect or tell me I had entered information too many times. I tired the Live Chat option and it told me I was 13 in the queue (it is now 1 hour later and that message has not changed. It probably disconnected me without updating status. I tried to email the company and instead of an email, it kept sending me to topics that didn't apply/and or directed me to CHAT which got me nowhere. I found another email when I read a poor review. Maybe I will get someone to communicate with me--not optimistic.

  I like this place for disposing trash! It's easy to get to, the prices are reasonable, the dump area is easy to get in and out and Jose at the weigh station is a great friendly guy who is very informative and helpful. JC and Ivan, up top, are really helpful in directing you when you backup to unload!
  For a transfer station for waste disposal, this is the place!
