Lately our WM trash pick up has been somewhat lacking. In my opinion and observation the driver does not leave the trash can inverted long enough for the can to empty completely, and thus leaving trash in the can. All our trash is bagged so this is not loose garbage being stuck.This is happening to our next door neighbor also.Three weeks in a row now. I called our county and theysaid it would be emptied the next trash day, it was not. I called back , they said put it out Sunday night, for the next day, Monday , here it is Wednesday, still not emptied. WM is a joke and of course the only game in town, wonder what they will do if I only pay a partial payment . I am very dissapointed.

If you have a choice, do not opt for Waste Management. They DO have hidden fees and surcharges that they never talk about and customer service is horrible and rude

I would not recommend this company at all but since they are pretty much the only waste management company in the area, there's not much choice. Poor communication and billing systems, service is average.

02/23/2021 around noon saw a Waste Management truck from Sacramento Dumpster Rental driving along I-80 dumping tons of plastic garbage out of the top of the truck. The garbage was lots more than what is shown in the photo, and it was flying all over the freeway including oncoming traffic, and floating into the wetlands / farm lands in that area. Not a good look for a company whose slogan is "Think Green, Think Clean".
