The service here you receive is bad. The people in the entrance that charge you have ugly attitude’s and look like they are barely working. They also charge so much for little trash. They are nasty Thief’s.This is the last time I come to this landfill.

Trying to call to SET UP service but the automated system won't let you through to anyone without giving an account number first, and then it proceeds to hang up on you. No option to talk to a human Beyond asinine and ridiculous, guess they don't want new customers..

Weighmaster (in her mid 30's ) was upset at me for following the signal light on outbound scale. When I was approaching the outbound scale the light turned red so I stopped, as I was waiting for the light to turn green the weighmaster comes out and yelled at me for not getting on the scale. All I was doing obeying all the signal as it says on the big green board upon entry. It upsets me weather you follow the rules or not people find a way to get mad at you. All she had to do was turn the signal light green, but instead she chose to come out of the scale house and yelled at me. Also, when I went to the top of the hill to dump the load there were no clear signs directing you where to go, workers just expect you to read their mind which is not possible.

Poor Signage for household waste, and nobody directing at road-forks on weekend. Wound up driving all over before seeing sign facing wrong way. Was directed to pull into an area that hadn't been road-scraped properly, resulting in a flat tire on my truck. Would not recommend to any friends. Have not had these problems at other bay-area landfills in other counties. Facility was beautiful, but they need work on signage & customer service.

If you have not heavy trash then this is the place to go. Have to pay a min of $40 and they ask for a deposit of $60 ( you can get up to a $20 refund on your deposit). Nice people and easy to navigate. They weigh your trash. Hope this helps
