Waste management has been doing pretty good for our building in the last few months but I think you missed our recycling pick up last Friday. I think that because our recycling bin is overflowing and normally it doesn’t. We get a pick up on Tuesdays and we get a pick up on Fridays so I’m hoping that you show up today.

WM is now better than in the beginning:

>Drivers are locking and unlocking gates/ doors and roll back trash bins where they belong without Company adding extra charges here and there each month.
>Company is more understanding now that Recycling bin contamination is not our (property owners' fault; it's the Tenants, users educational failures.
>Company now understands, realizes we're their Customers paying for the services; one saying goes: CUSTOMERS HAPPY, YOU'LL BE HAPPY!

FINALLY WASTE MANAGEMENT HAS GRASP IT; AND, IT'S ALL GOOD FOR ALL OF US!!👍

These folks do an extremely hard job. Not only dealing with the public but taking out their trash too. A little more respect for these wonder Men and Women would be much appreciated. This can and sometimes is a thankless job but we all know our worlds would come to a screeching halt without them and in fact anyone Man or Woman who drives a truck. Trucks are what drives not only this Country of ours but the world! God bless them all! Amen. And every now and than show up for them with a glass of cool water or a soda. It's a tiring job. Show a little kindness and pay it forward. God knows they show up for us!

WM billed and collected for three times a week trash pick up , we found out thru city sanitation visit that they picked up the trash twice a week only and still refusing to refund us .
It is shameful that they can do this because they have monopoly for trash service in this part of town and they act like they are above law because of their size.
