Usually I never have a complaint. But over the last 3 weeks. Our trash cans are only getting about half dumped. Now I know what you're thinking we're putting bulky items in there, but we're not. Regular household trash in bags. The hydraulics on the claw that comes off the truck has been squeezing the trash can so tight it actually broke the lid of our trash container. I have called the trash company and spoke to them about this. And I was told just leave the trash cans out overnight and we will come by again tomorrow and pick them up. Well guess what 6 days later tomorrow is trash day again and they still haven't been picked up. I understand if this happens every once in awhile but not every week.

Periodically misses garbage pickup on scheduled day, necessitating call that provides unacceptable resolution. Little to no follow-up with request to exchange defective bear can. The County should reconsider whether this provider should be allowed to re-bid the contract.

I give them 2 stars for their punctuality. As far as customer service and rates, I rate them at 1 star. The rates are exorbitant and over the past 24 years of being a customer, only 3 or 4 times the customer service agents were friendly or actually took the time to research the issue. Can't stop service. I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to take my trash to the transfer station as an alternative so I am stuck with WM.

The ladies in the Carson City, Nevada office of this company are always extremely helpful and professional. Since moving from Carson City, Nevada to Dayton, Nevada it is a shame that they don't offer recycle and yard debris pick in Dayton, Nevada. I hope this changes someday soon. Other than that the service is good and worry free.

Paid for a weekly service and only received a monthly service, if that. Told me that I am responsible for the actions of my neighbors, if I still want what I paid for. I never saw that in writing, Holding a monopoly over it's customers. I live in a city/county that requires trash pickup service. Not providing the service that is paid for quarterly in advance - Their billing rules. I am not a new customer. Needs better customer service and Professionalism as a whole.
