We love our Waste Management workers! They consistently pick up yard waste and leave the property cleaned up. They are predictable in their pick-up of the garbage each day they are scheduled. The guys are always friendly and polite.

Once again, a week later, did not pick up yard trash three or four limbs small, but they did pick up the old chair. I don’t get what it is that they can’t pick up yard trash. I’m an old man if I can pick it up and lay it out by the road for pick up they can pick it up and put it in the back of their truck three strikes and I’ll bring it to your front doorstep and leave it. I want to haul it to the dump. I will bring it to your front door.

Unfortunately trash pick up is very inconsistent and not on scheduled days always. Today my neighbor’s trash was picked up, but I still have a full can. I leave my cans by the road since I can’t trust them to come when they should, so it isn’t because my cans are not by the road. They are not next to the fence, which apparently was an issue for months, but not told to me for months. It should be easy to spot the green cans and empty them.

Update: WM corporate reached out as a result if this review. They rectified my pile same day. I've added 2 stars based on their efforts to make it correct. If regular pick ups become more consistent I could see another star or two being added as regular waste and recyclinh have been excellent.

Yard waste is highly inconsistent. I brought my rear hedges down a couple of feet and generated several large piles of branches. Tather than put the whole pile out, I thought I'd spread it out over a few weeks. The first pile was picked up the week I put it out. The second pile was put out before I left for vacation. I came back the following week to an untouched pile. Today was the 2nd collection day since pile #2 was put out. Again, untouched. The yard waste cans were taken but, the piles remain. So, two weeks of no collection. Had I known or been notified of service interruption, I would have deferred the yard work in the first place. Now, I have several piles with no means to remove them. I don't own a truck and already pay for these services through my taxes. Wish I knew if/when I can expect this stuff to get picked up.

Trucks are not maintained and leaked fluids ALL over our freshly paved roads completely damaging them with streaks in middle of road on every street plus large stains in front of each home. Poor quality control, we are furious as a community paying high taxes with year over year taxes increases specific to waste Mgmt services. They ran the poorly maintained leaking truck literally until it broke down in our neighborhood and had to be towed away at 9:45p..after dumping another .. very large .. fluid spill about 8 weeks ago.
