Google listing is incorrect they close at 4 on Saturday. I have a rented dump trailer and arrived at 4:30 to them closing the gate. Guy said they have been asking the company to update the listing and that it's the correct time on the county website. No one checks the county website.

Sporadically late by one day picking up trash with no notice. Bill is always increasing monthly. They charge a container pickup fee when you end your service. Other companies do not.

We were charged an overage charge of $150 for a cardboard box that didn't allow the lid to fully close on the dumpster. That's what the dumpster service costs for a whole month. This is a ridiculous charge for 1 cardboard box. The driver did not get out of the truck and the whole dumping process from when the driver arrived, dumped, compacted the truck and was out of our parking lot was less than 1 minute. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
After disputing the charge with management they agreed their picture of the dumpster was unclear and removed the overage charge.response / report this review -

Have city workers trucks in lot of compost hours haven't been changed on website because you never know when it's going to be open But I have to wait until 5 PM to 8 PM to drop off my yard trippings Talk about a joke
