I completely understand the need to increase rates after several years, however cutting services by half while increasing costs by almost 50%, in addition to forcing residents to pay for your inconsistent service is disgusting. This is clearly PRICE GOUGING due to your monopoly and lack of competition in the area. I am sure the neighborhood vermin will enjoy the once a week pickup and we will all get to enjoy the stench of housing our own rotting garbage.

I just had the most amazing experience talking to Tina Quickenson in customer service. She not only made my day better just by talking to her and her infectious bubbly friendly personality she helped with everything I needed. I had three things I needed help with and she never once seemed annoyed by my requests in fact she remembered and as we went through each issue she reminded me that I had more to do. In my life I have never experienced such a amazing interaction with any customer service person. She definitely needs a raise and more importantly needs to train others to do what she does. I would honestly call back just to talk to her for a pick me up if needed.

The guys are always friendly, neat and seem to enjoy their job. They leave my site neat and orderly. I feel they perform a much needed service professionally yet friendly. Good job! When I have to call the office the call is always pleasant, efficient, and friendly also. Just happy to have them all on my team.
