  Horrible company. Canceled my service without notice. Just didn’t pick up my trash along with several neighbors.

  Had service service at a house we were renting while we built a house that was a quarter mile down the road from where we were renting. Had my service changed to our new house and they close our account never refunded me my money, I got refunded finally, they closed my new account at our new place and never told me what they were doing now they are saying they don’t service my area anymore so now I have to get refunded for what they canceled who knows how long that’s gonna take. Called waste management and they were ready to set me up with a new account and I asked them well you don’t service my area that’s what I was just told..

  They have an automated service that doesn't allow non- customers to speak to a person. The information I needed isn't available on the website. If I can't get answers to the questions I have, I'm certainly not going to use their services.

  Terrible service. No pickup. Just wants your money but doesn't want to do the work involved to earn it. This company needs to be reported for devious work ethics to the BBB . Have tried several times to find a solution but they only tell you what you want to hear to hush you then never follow through to remedy it. If you have a business and advertise to do a job in exchange for money, but you take the money and do not perform the service you are hired to do Within the contract between customers and your business, then you have a huge problem as a company and its integrity. That's called false advertising.

  I called prior week and was given a Wednesday morning delivery time for a 20 yard. It never showed up. So I called. I had faxed the agreement that they lost. I also attempted to email it. They admitted the instruction sheet had an email address that had a typo. Wednesday afternoon I got ahold of customer service and she promised it would be there right at day’s end. I had five men at $1000 day in payroll! Thursday morning at 11 the foreman called me to inform no dumpster. I spent three hours on the phone only to be told all the drivers went home early and another day without delivery. Two days at $1000 day for payroll hurts when a company totally screws you! NEVER use them!
