  For the past three weeks I have tried, with the the help of St Johns County, to have a recycle bin replaced after WM damaged it with their truck. Each week they continue to damage the bin further. The bin is now spilling recycles into the street during the emptying process. WM owns the bin. So sad that the company cares so little as to not even reach out to me to arrange when the bin can be replaced.

  We were forced to cancel the recycling for continuously missing pick-ups. Because of that we have had to have a schedule for 2x a week and they are starting to skip Mondays and our trash is in the parking lot before they come to dump it, the customer service on the phone is not helpful at all. Weak promises of pick-ups that never occur. We have to pay more money because they cannot offer their services of recycling and actually picking up the recycling. We would not need 2x a week trash if we could recycle again.

  I PAY MY DISPOSAL EVERY YEAR ON TIME ,SO I EXPECT THE SAME TO PICK UP MY TRASH ,MY PICK UP DAY IS ON TUESDAY ,WHY IS MY TRASH STILL OUT FRONT ON FRIDAY @ 6:40 A.M HERE IT IS FRIDAY ,ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE DISABLED , I'VE CALLED THEM EVERYDAY SINCE TUESDAY 5/30/2023 and Today 's DAT 06/02/2023. HELP

  Wow, it has taken me over an hour of my life so far to report a missed collection. I did not think it could get any worse than advanced disposal, but here we are with WM. I left a voicemail about it two days after the missed pickup, no one called back. I tried to report it online, it asks for a customer ID - this is a county provided service, I don't have a customer ID. Now I've been on hold for an hour. Hopefully they will pick up. This company is a ridiculous waste of taxpayer money.

  Yes my trash service hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks, I don't know what's going on over there, ever since Advanced sold to WM I've been having issues. I've complained 3 times now and keep getting the run around, can't get anyone on the phone to speak with, today makes my 3rd time contacting WM. I saw the trash truck yesterday and thought I should say something, but 2nd guessed it as a bad idea because people are so rude. Animals keep getting into the garbage and I'm sick and tired of picking it up off the ground the last 2 weeks. Complained on Monday of this week and was told it would be picked up on that day or Tuesday, never was so contacted again, ticket #120541 and was told it was picked up on Monday which it never was. still sitting there since last Wednesday the 11th.. this is ridiculous!! Today I complained again 4th time!!! And was told it would be picked by 6:30 pm. Well guess what NOPE! still there NOW I have to wait till Monday morning to complain a 5th time!!
