The office staff must have changed. The last time I spoke with them I received a rate decrease and the customer service representative was very cordial. When I received my current bill the discount was not reflected and the rep could not have been more
disrespectful when I gave her all the information that I documented. I couldn't get a direct answer or explanation. In other words "it is what it is: like it or not. Too bad I referred my friends to this company. I hope they don't get this response..!!report this review -

Always show up to pick up my trash and recyclables. They always notify if there is a delay or if the scheduled day is changed.

We have been using WM since October 2022 and have not had an issue so far. They are dependable and professional. Great customer service. Pricing is affordable. I pay quarterly and have paperless billing. They also offer many other services. Give them a try, they won't disappoint.

Extremely nice, easy to communicate with, if a question arises, very kind, very professional, but pleasantly surprising to work with. (family) They are very courteous and listen to you. And fix the issue’s.

WM is a fair weather company. When the weather is good, you can depend on them but when weather is bad (rain and snow), your service is very questionable. And, it’s one thing not to have service but then you are still charged for it. I was told when I called about this that all my garbage would be picked up the following week.
