Worst hotel Ever! I had to call the cops because the man that work there are from some type of Middle Eastern Country and they have no respect for woman. THEY ARE So lucky I WAS A WOMAN. I wish they behave with a MAN the way they treated me and my children, I am certain they WOULD OF gotten Their Ass Kicked. OH! MOST IMPORTANTLY DON'T CALL THE COPS, THEY ARE USELESS AND THEY ARE RACIST. I CALLED THE COPS AND THEY DID nothing.

Booked here for a very important wedding in my family- came highly recommended. My family was coming from all different states so we arranged to have all of us on one floor.Didn't happen that way. I came to check in at 11 am with a few hours to spare for the 3:00 wedding and couldn't check in cause someone was still in my room as there check in is at 3 so I had to use one of my siblings rooms to get ready. Key to our room didn't work. We get back from our family wedding and go to our rooms to change and my sisters room has a floating feminine product in the toilet and she hadn't even been in her room yet!!! The best thing I can say is it was refreshing to have instant heat as its November and the bed was comfy. Plus the room is advertised as 109 ( website) they told me on phone when I booked 111 and I got a receipt for 125. oh and the vending machines on the floors weren't in operation.

Very nice, breakfast was good and different each morning. Hot tub and pool were Great. We all enjoyed the water.

This is a very nice Hotel. The rates are reasonable, The entire staff offers great customer service! Also a free breakfast is included with your stay! The amenities this hotel offers are great. I can swim or go to their wonderful fitness center. The rooms are spotless and treated with care! overall I had a great stay will look forward to another stay in the near future!

It is clean. The front desk is friendly. It is generally good. The curtain in the bathroom is not installed well. It slowly slips to center and water getting out. I had to rearrange the curtain from time to time.

I have stayed here a few times. It is very nice. If you are a light sleeper like myself don't get a room by the elevator since the elevator goes"ding" each time the door opens. The staff here has always been very friendly and considerate of our family's handicapped accessible needs.
Sharleena (hope I spelled that correctly) in housekeeping is awesome! She always has such a beautiful smile and brightens my day each time I see her. She truly cares and it shows. I was surprised that she remembered me from last time I was here in July 2016. Our dog likes it here too so it must be good.Great people and a great place to stay! I stayed for just the 1 night and it was a great stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. Emily working the front desk was also amazing! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and had a very positive attitude. Emily knows exactly what hospitality is supposed to be about! Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay!

This place was horrible! As me and my girlfriend were checking in one of the workers winked at her and almost got me out of character but I remained calm. Blood stains on the sheets which we didn't complain about. Also, last Saturday when I checked out I was overcharged for smoking in the room and which never happened. I've had trouble settling this issue of getting my money back. Yesterday the manager Kris called the police because I came to the hotel to get better informed of a solution. I never raised my voice or made threats, this place is very unprofessional. Anyone else have this problem?

It was a nice stay, had pac n play to accommodate my son. They didn't have a stopper for the bath which made bathing him difficult but for an overnight stop it was enjoyable.

Awesome staff, nice size rooms, breakfast is nice as well. They also do light snacks in the evenings. We happen to be here during Spring Break weeks, the staff handled the insanity well and did all they could to accommodate us. I would recommend staying here for business or with children. Even just a hide away from the daily grind. Close to fun places to beat and a theatre.

Nice! The price is great and the rooms are nicer than others hotels at this price range. The pool is a good temperature and the staff is nice. Free continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuit, English muffins, muffins, and cereals) is good and better than other hotels.
