Decent hotel. It's a nice place to stay if you're looking for something affordable. I'm not sure if there's a pool or a gym. If there is, no one let us know. I'd probably bump this rating up to four stars if there's a pool. I'd recommend staying here though. It's pretty clean and there's plenty of parking.

They bailed us out when we showed up without reservations in cape May. Ocean city is great & so is this hotel! Highly recommend! Clean, close to beach ,nice rooftop pool, & reasonably priced. Even can get late checkout! A+ !

Rooms are sufficiently appointed, even supplying dinnerware and a refrigerator in some units. Odd numbered rooms face the bay, and the view of the alley is hardly worth mention. The fourth-floor pool is modest but does allow a respectable view of the surrounding area. The walk to the shore and boardwalk is fairly short, and the location allows easy access of most stores and dining. It's a satisfactory stay that's more about the location than anything else. Otherwise it's completely nondescript and unremarkably beige.

Affordable accommodations. The next best thing to renting a house. The units have kitchenettes and many have a sleeper sofa. Each unit is individually owned, so they are all different as far as decor and furniture. Some have nicer furnishings than others, but every unit I've stayed in has been just fine. Run like a hotel with a front desk, baggage carts and a parking lot. Small rooftop pool is great for the kids during the down time between the beach and the nightime boardwalk festivities. I've probably stayed here 15 different times over the past 10 years and have always had a lovely experience.

Everything about our mini apartment was great. LolI could see the ocean from my room. It was very clean, my family of 4 moved around very comfortably. I will be returning soon.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice size bedroom with balcony. A pull out sofa for 2 more guests. Kitchen with stove top and oven, microwave and fridge provided. Just really nice suite. Looking forward to a return stay in June.

We've been going there for several years and have always had a great time. We love the updated rooms and always enjoy the Garden Deck and the pool area. Last time there, I watched an awesome sunset from the 4th floor deck. The front desk and other staff are always nice, (the congenial maintenance guy came right away when there was a small problem), and this time around Rita especially was very kind, helpful and patient, since we came out to a flat tire as we were about the leave. Very nice places to eat are just a few minutes away by foot, and the Still Waters spa is right next door. Not to mention the Boardwalk, Music Pier, beach and ocean are all just a short, pleasant walk from the hotel. We love Biscayne Suites and will be back for sure!

We loved how clean, well maintained and spacious the Rooms are laid out. If you are 4 adults with 2 in bedroom and 2 in living room with large pull out couch, , then ask for a Jack and Jill bathroom so both bedroom and living room have access to bath, otherwise you have to pass through bedroom to get to toilet. Large bathroom, nice kitchenette with frig, microwave and some silverware, plates and pots in the cupboards, the parking can be very tight, if you have a van or large vehicle, but mostly covered! Location a little walk to the beach if you have little ones. Comfortable elevators, Not a luxurious reception area like the Flanders, but very small and crowded, but hey, it cost 100 dollars less a night when money matters!
